WELLMILL cooling system designed to efficiently channel the water around the milling vessel to produce the best possible heat exchange performance.   

The Shaft sealing is accomplished by single or double mechanical seals developed by WELLMIC. The mechanical seal is designed for easy replacement. All the mechanical seals are manufactured by high precision CNC processes and pass quality tests to ensure a complete reliability.  

WELLMIC specially shaped agitator discs provide good energy input and prevent the packing of beads at one point. Our Agitator discs can be provided in a wide range of materials for the components in contact with the product - e.g. hardened stainless steel, ceramic & PU.

The WELLMILL Agitator discs profile and number of discs are determined according to the product. The grinding discs are arranged in such a way to achieve intensive grinding, attached with firm lock fit on shaft and braced via spacer bushings and end disc. They are easily exchangeable.
 

WELLMILL can be equipped with wear resistant parts in contact with the product that can be made of the following materials:
